I don't know much about Sweden's rallying scene, is there any proper rallies in Northern part of the country that could be converted into WRC level? Something with a relatively big city nearby.

What about Arctic Rally instead of Rally Finland and Rally Sweden takes the August date? On a rotation basis of course, we wouldn’t want to lose Jyväskylä forever!
