And if he will not win he is out, probably he would leave himself and chase Toyotasaki, since Ogier is still vocal about retirement.

Neuville is definitely the favourite in the beginning of the season, for the reasons mentioned here.
he has to use it well to get an advantage early#8 Ott Tänak - Martin Järveoja #8

Ogier is my favorite. He is imo the best driver of them all, now driving the best car.
If toyota has learned from their failures this year and makes the car more reliable, i expect a year of ogier dominance while neuville and tanak hinder each other for the second place.

Especially if he kinda resolve fragile elements of the car. Then this combo is probably deadly to others. If he win the title he would be practically best of all time, winning with 3 different brands and 7 titles. Perfect goodbye if you ask me. It doesn't matter at the end as long there will be close battles, we don't want domination from one or another. Tanak already did break french dominance, so we finally saw someone who actually won over Sebs.

Ogier all the way. We know that Yaris fits well drivers who are fast on a Fiesta. It's a big question how Tänak will adapt to the i20, especially on tarmac and fast events.

I would say that Neuville has the biggest pressure.. Ogier already has maaany titles, Tänak got his this year.. and Neuville still has nothing, except 5 pointless 2nd places..
To me Neuville has stayed in Hyundai for too long and only knows how Hyundai works/drives.
Ogier and Tänak have driven two different 17' WRCs and now next year they sit in third different current era cars. I'm sure Ogier knows what not to do and Tänak knows what to do to make either Toyota or Hyundai better.

I think the battle for best of the rest will be a very interesting one. Suninen ought to up his pace if he's to still be considered among the WRC's rising stars, while Evans and Sordo had excellent 2019 seasons and are definitely still growing strong. Rovanpera will have the pressure of giants on his shoulders, and he's got the most to lose. Live up to the hype and it'll only grow, fail to do so and he might take a Lappi like turn in his budding career.

Like many estonian professors on FB.. till Tänak's WDC most of them were like ,,give Ott any of the cars and he would still crush everybody'' vs now Ogier signing Toyota.. ,,No doubt that Ogier is the 2020 WDC''
Ofc Ogier will be fast in Toyota, but I think that those FB guys were years ago the hahaha ,,crashing Tänak'' ones and when he started being at the top, they became ,,true fans''
