Besides that R5 and WRC tyres are different, right? So what if he tested R5 tyres?

Won’t he simply be testing 2020 WRC rubber on an R5 car to give Pirelli data? If so, will they be breaking any testing rules?

btw, the new cars will use R5 engines. where current R5s get their engine? from the production base car and then they tune the engines for racing? what new engines the current Polos (privateers) are...
