it seems Tänak has had some kind of moment between split1 and split2, everybody gaining time on him from there, even Mikkelsen with 0.2 secs

I refuse to believe that it was just driving, must have been big moment and off somewhere or wrong turn in a junction with 15+ seconds lost. Or else, he might as well just park it.
