But rally planner and various docs on the official website report a 11.65km stage, whereas it was 10.06 last year ?

Yeah I think they used to use 208 and DS3 because they were Peugeot's factory team, which isn't a case for a pretty long time. There are still some connections for sure, but I really doubt Stellantis...
