I did meet Fabia R5 "experts" this weekend.
They had spare parts lists and all dimencions.
EVO has even different doors than old R5 (the cutting is different)
btw. EVO has still 100% winning and new Fiesta not even single podiums..."quattro best 4wd rallycar ever"

Early days for Fiesta.. Estonia was it’s first proper event right?
Next test will be ERC Rome next weekend. Campedelli is a strong driver so should be a good benchmark.
Estonia was definitely a disappointment though. Looked visibly slower than the Fabia and Polo in the videos. Also seems very quiet (quieter than Fabia even)

Between 0.5 and 1.0 secs/Km slower than the previous generation Fabia.
Didn't at an stage look like it turned in as well as the Fabia. As with previous generation, the front/rear pivot looked higher than Fabia and Polo making it sometimes look like it was running out of suspension travel on the front after big landings.
This would then appear to compromise the speed that the jumps could be taken.
Looks like there's a lot of work to do.

The difference is crazy. When the Hyundai is off pace, its not like, 0.1 sec a kilometer, its a second / seconds a kilometer
