    How can they possible decide what time to give him? It's laughable. These Muppets have fucked up here, terrible communication of they didn't know the safety delegate hadn't gone through yet

    Having a nominal time is always a bad thing indeed, hard to be fair. But to say it will favour Neuville, I'm not so sure. Before the "all-live era", the stage would have been cancelled completely, to give a clear signal to all spectators...
