Was just there, neither the car nor Tanak were there. Kaj said in the meet the crews that he hadn't heard anything at all from them since they had no radio signals, so the team doesn't know yet what happened.

Well Martin just arrived back on the bike driven by local guy .(video on his Instagram story) But the car still wasn’t there.

Interesting comment there by neuville quaoted by dimviii that he knew Ott wasn’t going far but he didn’t mentioned anything at the stage end.

if flap stuck closed.. simply means engine starved of air... if flap stuck open... it could mean bent engine valves.

It could mean severe engine damage, water in the cylinders can damage everything.

There is no watersplash anywhere between the start of the stage and where Tanak stopped. So it sounds more like the alternator, this talk about water is maybe some confusion?

The watersplash related issues are about ss13. Alternator issue on ss14.
