    Anybody else notice the added smoothness in the onboards on wrc+ this rally? Looks like they might be 60 fps now.

    No. WRC+ still have 25fps 1280*720*25fps it's a "HD" with 2000kbps

    But they film 5 yrs or so in 50fps as original show, only cut for WRC+ to 25fps

    Broadcast HD standard in PAL is 50i.

    Hmm, interesting. There is definitely a difference in the smoothness of the onboards for corsica, but going back to previous rallies happened to click on the shell v-power super specials on mexico and those also are very smooth playback, whilst other stages seem to be older-style less smooth playback.

    edit: hmm maybe most of the mexico stages are smooth aswell. But Sweden and Monte are old style onboards that are definitely not so pleasing to watch
