Another good driver switches from Ford to Skoda. This time it's Jan Cerny from Czech Republic. First event - Rebenland Rallye in Austria.

That's not really accurate description. He returns to the Fabia serviced by his own team after one year spent in another Ford-equipped team.

He was champion of Slovakia and also Poland in the past. He should have bigger ambitions... Especially, when he still has the speed...

I guess for sponsors it is more interesting to be national champion than to finish 6th in the ERC.

You are right, but... tell it to his sponsors. Grzyb said that he has 2 alternatives:
1) drive 4-5 rallies in ERC on a very tight budget
2) use the same budget for full Slovakian and Polish championship
