I don't think so. He said, that with the budget that he has, he can drive max 4-5 rallies in ERC. So he prefers to spend this money on Slovakian and Polish championship.

He was champion of Slovakia and also Poland in the past. He should have bigger ambitions... Especially, when he still has the speed...

I guess for sponsors it is more interesting to be national champion than to finish 6th in the ERC.

You are right, but... tell it to his sponsors. Grzyb said that he has 2 alternatives:
1) drive 4-5 rallies in ERC on a very tight budget
2) use the same budget for full Slovakian and Polish championship

So 4-5 rallies in ERC or 10-12 rallies in Slovakia and Poland. What would you choose?
