Footage of the Abu Dhabi track out today. It looks better than COTA but don't think it'll be as interesting as Montalege, Lydden or Mettet and sure as s**t won't match up to Estering/Buxtehude. Interesting to see a couple of comments about waiting for the driver list, to which the IMG social media bods said it will be this week and "we think you'll like it". They'll really need to have some surprises for that to be the case for me, if it doesn't include at least 2 GCK drivers, Hansen, Hansen and Bakkerud then I think it'll be very disappointing.
Presumably Szabo is fronting most of the cash rather than a full EKS attempt (which you'd expect to have been with Bakkerud)...or perhaps they're going to announce a second car. You're so beige, you probably think this signature is about someone else.

Driver (or rather car) eight by my count:
EKS - Krisztian Szabo - Audi S1 (World RX)
ES Motorsport - ? - Skoda Fabia (World RX)
GRX - Niclas Grönholm - Hyundai i20 (Select RX)
GRX - Timur Timerzyanov - Hyundai i20 (Select RX)
Munnich Motorsport - Timo Scheider - Seat Ibiza (World RX)
STARD - Janis Baumanis - Ford Fiesta (World RX)
STARD - ? - Ford Fiesta (World RX)
Xite Racing - Oliver Bennett - MINI Cooper (World RX)
GRX - Reinis Nitišs - Hyundai i20 (Select RX)
Munnich Motorsport - Rene Munnich - Seat Ibiza (Select World RX)
JC Raceteknik - Robin Larsson - Audi S1 (Euro RX)
I have seen a few comments on Facebook suggesting that the full entry list will land midweek.
Abu Dhabi looks to have slightly more going for it than CotA, but that isn't saying much: still looks bland as fuck."If in doubt... flat out!"

It's a 2019 Evolution of the Clio RS so may be decent.
Good for numbers and variety in any case.

Notably all four cars to be run by FORS. No more Prodrive, so my expectations of the Megane just dropped somewhat.

I guess that could be possible using the 'third' car depending on whether it was retained by Prodrive. Be very interesting if that were the case to see the battle, I think that Doran in a Prodive Megane would be considerably quicker than Marklund in a FORS Megane...whether he would be as consistent is another matter!

The third car was supposedly a write off, but I guess Prodrive could resurrect it. As far as I know GCK owned the cars, Prodrive just ran them last year, but perhaps I have that wrong.
Liam also has the ex-JRM (originally Prodrive) MINIs, so I guess there is a slim chance that they could return."If in doubt... flat out!"
I plan to do it again – Lando Norris targeting another Miami Grand Prix victory. Lando Norris has vowed to follow up his maiden Formula One victory in Miami by winning again a year on and reigniting...
