Princen - lots of talent, shame it never came together at top level for him.
Kris Meeke got fired -PSG so terrified they quit!

Depends on the country and the driver's.

The Fiesta R5 is still dominant in the UK & Ireland despite numerous Fabia's and now i20's...

In Northern France William Wagner won his first outing with the Polo R5. Quentin Gilbert, who was second (and only competitor closely following), also with Polo R5, retired with a damaged wheel.

@Fast Eddie, of course they're still dominant, there are no Polo's yet on the British Isles.

From today's results the Belgian one says a lot more about Polo than the French one. There was nearly nobody to compete with Wagner and Gilbert.

Well, Mauffrey was close on the first stage, but lost over a minute on the second. Salanon also participated, but went out on the very first stage... But indeed, no comparison like there was in Rally van Haspengouw.

Of course we'll see more with more results but it's clear that the car is at least as fast as Fabia or faster. Have you seen it already live? I did and already from the first moment I had a feeling that everything about the car looks to be right. Maybe you remmeber that I wrote that after Prague rallysprint in early December.

Verschueren was on pace with them last year when they where all running Fabia's. He couldn't keep up this year (difference was not big but it was there) and punctured twice.
