Did you know some extra, inside, info about not good atmosphere for Lappi in Toyota?
Looking to his mojo in Sweden he still unhappy about everything and showing complete indifference

Lappi probably isn't the easiest guy to work with. AFAIK also in Škoda he never had so friendly relationship with others in the team like Hänninen had.

Regardless, it is a good result for Lappi. He was a bit unlucky in Monte, so good points here and a decent road position in Mexico next time out.

So mknight & Tarmop - it's completly Lappi's problem. Tommi wanted Lappi to stay, but EP won't. It not called 'fired'.

Only you were the one talking about fireing somebody if i recall correctly. I only said that he had to choose between a familiar team/ attitude, being no. 3 in the team and maybe not so fine-tuned car (yet), being no.2 to a 6x champ. (huge things to learn etc) a better salary( was also the case if i remember correctly?).

People are different, problems are different etc etc. Who`s perfect? I`m most certainly not...
