From a swede's point of view: Really sucks BIGTIME for Tidemand, now he won't be able to show speed for the rest of the rally, points for the team more important..

If so then either what I saw was in slo-mo or their roll cage doesn't take much to bend. Spin ought to have taken most of the energy out before impact.

Camera went round the damaged side at end of stage, could clearly see the tube bent and kinked.

Looked like half-hearted slap if you ask me. That's why I am so amazed that the tube did bend (as pics prove).
