Seems start times are 3 minutes later than announced. So in the live maps the time is running, but the car is still at start.

The issue, as always, is money. All the M-Sport drivers need to bring some support. And the Solbergs (like Mikkelsen) dont believe they should pay to drive. The clash with Monster Energy wouldn't...
