If it's about more people being interested about the new season and the server capacity being not enough, they should get more. Of course it works after a race or two when most people don't bother to try anymore. If it's about bad coding every year, something should be done for it too. The fact that it's in MC should have no effect in the way the WRC organisation and promoter works.

Interestingly for me it even works on my LG TV WebOS app which has not worked for at least 6 months..
