This year, the Spanish federation will host a "Super Championship", featuring four tarmac and four gravel races:

March 16-17: Rallye Tierras Altas de Lorca (Andalucía, gravel)
May 2-4: Rally Islas Canarias (tarmac)
May 25-26: Rallye da Auga (Galicia, gravel)
June 8-9: Rally de Ourense (Galicia, tarmac)
June 28-29: Rallye de Astorga (Castilla y León, gravel)
September 12–14: Rally Princesa de Asturias (tarmac)
October 18-19: Rallye de Granada (Andalucía, gravel)
November 23–24: 10º Rally de Madrid (tarmac)

Drivers will score the thee best results on tarmac and the three best results on gravel.

Cervera and Navarra fans aren't happy, of course.

By wining the Cup he got a free R5 outing in a national rally. Apparently he managed to convice his sponsors to do some more on a rented DS3 from the Cup organizer (Sporst&You).

It’s also the first round of the new mixed super championship (SCER); a handful of top drivers (including Lopez on a C3) are already registered in it.
