I agree that Evans needs to deliver in 2019, its his last chance.
But if there are car updates coming and he doesnt get the chance to test fully then Suninen may be getting an advantage.
BTW Paddon was never coming here due to his big Hyundai links in NZ and Breen ended 2018 very poorly Wilson wasnt going to risk him over Evans.
