Yes, didn't say anything about the reason for the differences. Even with that it's the 2nd biggest timeloss of the day, biggest is only the spin. Same for Latvala.

Relative to the differences on normal stages the differences are comparable or sometimes bigger, and in s/km they are huge.

3rd example: Neuville lost 1.2s to Ogier, that's the same difference between him and Ogier for the morning loop (2 normal stages) and bigger than last normal stage.

"bigger differences that in most stages", I'd say that statement is 100% correct.
