Most of them are private and closed from public. But not sure how strict and where.

Many roads/stages are locked and unaccessible indeed, especially the ones in North-Wales (like Clocaenog, Alwen and Brenig). I think Gartheiniog, Dyfi, Dyfnant, Hafren and Myherin could be accessible.

"The championship is still possible. Of course, we are not in the best position at the moment, but with 90 points still available and being 23 behind, it's definitely not lost."
Ogier had hoped for a revised engine specification aboard his Fiesta for GB.
While the new parts in the engine have been tested and demonstrated an increase in power, torque and efficiency, it remains to be seen whether the new hardware, which requires a homologation joker, will be fitted in time.

"Many times in my career I have had luck with me, but now I am missing some of that."

we have had many debates here about that luck

This is actually extremely funny (your stubbornness).

Even after basically every driver said how much time they use watching the onboards from previous years and recce. You still don't believe that Ogier is telling the truth that he knew a corner in the field a few kms from his birthplace in Gap on a rally that he has driven 8 times or so and a stage that was driven for at least 3 years before was (relatively) safe to go off on a second run of the stage.

The full quote from Ogier is btw:
"We knew it was an open area but I wasn't expecting so much dirt on the road. On the winter tyre we understeered. Okay, I could take a risk there because I knew it was only a field on the outside. I had to try and do a bit more here."

Totally won't be able to remember there is open field on the outside given all the facts listed above. He doesn't say it was safe to go off, just that he could take a risk cause the corner was less dangerous than others (ex. next to many trees).

    This is the corner:
