Remember that Brenig is a bit different to what it was last year. Although, there's only a short bit from last year's stage missing and the added parts are mostly in the woods so not good for photographing.

Ha ha, I should be there tomorrow on either my CX or MTB.......
Is there a better sound than that of Porsche engined Flat-6 ???

Rode quite a bit of the Brenig stage yesterday; the open areas are dry & dusty, but the sections in the trees in Cloc & Alwen still have some moisture in the surface.
Oh, and coming into Ruthin on the A494, there were roadworks - no idea when they'll be completed.
Is there a better sound than that of Porsche engined Flat-6 ???

It seems less when you can watch a car go through for 10 sec... BTW Paddon lost 9.3s to Armstrong on the first stage this morning. They have swapped places, Paddon now 5th, Armstrong up to 2nd...
