What a stage! The championship contenders s/km faster than everyone else but still fighting for tenths between each other. On a road that's barely car wide with walls on both side.

Based on that speed, no. They just used 1/3 of day's kilometers and by that logic, Neuville takes only 1.6 secs out. But differences are way too small to predict it that way and besides I expect that Ogier will go on to win PS, screwing that logic anyhow.
