because they are a village team of nobodies.... 3 years and nothing changed with a huge budget because they have a team manager with posters of mitsubishis in the garage milking the stupid japanese. Don't they realise they have to change management and hire someone who doesn't choose his employees based on ethnicity ?

Well in simple view it seems like Toyota really are pushing the engine too hard. How many rallies with similar issues is this? Bascially every 3rd rally there is something.
