Can somebody predict how big the sweeping effect will be this weekend? ...anyway i think the qualifying mode is clearly outdated with +30 r5 cars these days. Kreim as 15th have to sweep the roads for 2 days, Botka placed 16th has perfect start position. ...

I wondered about it, as they seem to have not read their own regulations at fiaerc.com:
