Run order will be championship position with 3 limited runs and road position on a first day of a rally with set the fastest times (running opposite - fastest time 10th on the road, slowest time - 1st on the road) I know that for tarmac events it's not so good idea but with 3 and a half events in calendar it's fair.
they could do the same like in the ERC. let them drive a qualifying stage multiple times, and then let them pick the position they want. that way no one can complain, no matter the surface or circumstances.
