Between stage re-runs or before the rally? Stages are usually re-graded (ploughed) during night, not between subsequent runs of the same day. Bear in mind that usually weather in Sweden has been quite warm and lack of snow and frozen roads (and thus extensive damage from the studs to the roads) have been problem, not deep snow so I am not sure if they do it this year.

Breen and Evans got fresh (unplowed) snow in their face on Friday on Monte and instead of road position advantage got huge disadvantage.

They weren't saying it was a French conspiracy at that point...., they weren't actually complaining much at all.
