Aside of being seen as something girlish from F1 what is exactly the problem about qualification? It works fine in other championships and it's fair and square.

I didn't see anything wrong with it as such. One more thing to excite the media and fans. But it was scrapped, because it made the competition boring. There are pros and cons in every solution. But the weather conditions has made this an interesting event, don't you think?

Sure. I am not totally against the running order which we have now. It adds a lot of unpredictability for the season and in a way it's also same for everyone because it's given from the very start till the end of the season. On the other hand though I don't like to watch the frustrated faces You know...
