I get that on snow/slush like today C3 can struggle.
But whole yesterday it was either dry or just wet from rain.
During 2017 Deutschland rally on friday it was seemingly as much or more slippery and treacherous. A C3 was on 2nd place and Meeke and Breen both lost a bit over a minute during the friday leg (about same amount of time Meeke lost yesterday).

same corners as at redbull live,but this guy choosed better point to record his video.You can see clearer and all the sequence of corners.
