step 1 login to your account
step 2 choose "profile"
step 3 page down until you see "subscriptions"
step 4 when you choose your active subscription it will show a renewal date, it should also show a "cancel" or "unsubscribe" button

Usually, yes. However, I don't see the unsubscribe button.

you are in the correct place that is where you should see the unsubscribe button. Below is from the FAQ page. See last point if you purchased via Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store

How can I cancel my subscription?
* You can cancel your monthly subscription immediately at any time and without any reasons.
* If you want to cancel the subscription for the following month, you must cancel at least one day before your subscription automatically renews.
* The cancellation process is located on your profile page.
**** In-App purchases via Apple iTunes Store or Google Play Store have to be cancelled directly in the relevant store.

iOS users check your updates...just updated the app in my phone and it now has ALL Live feature as well

In my case this is getting silly.

I re-did my account through the website and everything seemed to be working.

But when I try to get into my account through the apps ( both on iOS and Android) my credentials are accepted but I have no access to the service. Asks me to subscribe again. Both apps are the latest versions as of today.

I'm starting to wonder if some of these issues are a regional thing. Hence some are having trouble while others aren't.

I just updated the app (iOS) and it seems to be working flawlessly.

I have de iOS app updated but can’t see anything. Only in browser of iPhone or desktop. I think that was cause i subscrived by credit card by browser instead iTunes payment. Portugal
