That I know, WRC cars are allowed in national championships of France, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Sweden, in Finland only late 90s-early 00s ones I think. Not sure about Netherlands, Lithuania and Latvia. Theoretically even Canada, I believe. I wouldn't know about the 2017 ones though.

Czech Republic only locally registered WRC cars with the date of registration before 01-01-2016 and only cars with first homologation before 01-01-2007. In that time they basically only allowed all WRC cars locally present in the country to take part in the championship but that's all. You can't bring any other car (even old one). IMHO the rule is total garbage but it's still valid (I don't know how it's going to be in 2018).

In Belgium you can drive a 2.0l WRC if you haven't won a national rally in the last 3 years. 1.6l WRC can only be run in RRC configuration.
You can run any WRC in a regional rally.

I don't expect national ASNs to start allowing the new WRC cars.

Hmm, we have no such difference here. What can start can score. It used to be like that for ages.

Renting for this show event only. The car is not allowed in championship events in CZ and won't be in the near future. He has two Focus WRC 08 (in very good condition) and that's already the best allowed.
