Mikkelsen beat Meeke (with same road position) by 55.4s and Breen by 59.5s. I was expecting him to be fastest of them based on previous experience and performance in germany but not by that much.

It's a combination of new codriver, experience, car developed for him, which gives him huge confidence boost. Tänak had been ok on tarmac, but never that good. Enough praise, still two days to go.
