I noticed this during the live vid and it was also mentioned by the commentators.
Why is the exhaust not in right angle? (it was like that from the start of the stage) I guess it's hanging on something not to touch the bodywork etc. in the last 1/3 of the car, but still strange to come like that from service.

If he hit exactly the middle of the wheel he could have broken it off a bit.. .but with 20 meters to the finish line he'd likely fix it and get to service anyway.

I checked some older C3 pictures and you are right, it's usually not straight.

What was pathetic was that stage itself...

I was sad, but completely unsurprised at this point. If nothing else though, it made watching that abysmal stage live on TV not a complete waste of time.
