Because he is almost champion already I guess. And in the Belgian Championship you can only nominate 8 rallies in which you can score points 7 out of 8 nominated rallies count).

I'm revamping this topic, because I see that in many other topics we're discussing about why the Manufacturers and events should invest in WRC. The issue here is that no Promoter has been...
