Like HaCo said. Not one of those prison ones... a small electric fence for livestock or horses. My parents have it. It outputs a couple of 1000's of volt for a milisecond with an intervall of a few seconds. Completely harmless but hurt like a b%#@.

Yup, FIA was skeptical prior to this rally so they would probably not be impressed now.

If they are back next year, some FIA members wallet has gotten substantially thicker. This has to be the end of Poland, surely.
