Another stage delay. Breen was due to start at 0835hrs. Spectator safety issues mean this time has come and gone. More when we get it.

I don't love seeing it at rallies but maybe Poland organisers will need to bring in the police force if they want to ensure the spectators actually do move, and the rally continues in the future.
