That is true. Give young Kalle few tarmac rallyes, let say in the summer we will be able to make some conclusions. Indeed with Ucci&Co the team around Kalle has chosen one of the hardest champions in EU; which is good for Kalle's developement.
I'm still very impressed over Kale's performance today.

I agree. Give him time. Don't forget, that he is so young, that most of kids just dreaming about driving in rally at that age. Nobody is perfect from beginning. Talent is how fast someone can improve, and Kalle showed us, that he is fast learner. And don't get me wrong, but I'm bit happy about Kalle's crash - lets face it Baltics roads are quite forgiving, and Kalle still does silly mistakes, but again, he's just a kid. Unfortunates like this could help him improve his driving style. And he needs more rallies when he finishes not in the 1st spot, with guy better knowing roads than Kalle or better cars; competition and challenges are best combination for improvement.

What happened with Rovanpera? He was 7th on SS14, but lost almost 5 minutes on the next stage.

The waiting can be also to pressure Hyundai with the new contract. But then again, I would think that would have been solved by now already and this article yesterday from dirtfish got my hopes...
