guys are clowns.Everybody before the rally knew that the average will be too high.
Ingrassia (posted few pages back) said that average will be between 135 and 140km/h.
Now they cancel the stage......

Bit of a joke to be cancelling stages when FIA came up with rules that make the cars faster in the corners.
