SS15 and Ss16 should be so that rain until elevation 1100 meters and after that there should be mostly snow. Looks like 2-3 cm by first pass and 3-4 cm for the second pass. Rain/snow should start around 5 AM, arriving from the south. temeparture at the bottom of the mountain is +2..+3 and up there should be a few degrees minus. So, who wants to win powerstage, must take some risks. I assume that Evans tyres are not working in this conditions, Meeke is out, so, Powerstage will be 1. Neuville, 2. Ogier, 3. Yes! I love me some snow and ice. Honestly, I feel this Monte Carlo rally has been one of the most interesting and exciting events in recent years, up there with Argentina last year.
