    if spectator has been hit, that has nothing to do with Paddon's roll. I didn't see any spectators on the TV.

    You can see it on the replay of the RTBF, he hit a spectator. He is sitting on ground level when hit.

    Yeah, Subaru Norway is correct.... Paddon hits the wall and a spectator falls down after he hit it. No contact with car, but could be a nasty fall.
