WED: Planning Shakedown service on Weds. Our flight gets in agonizingly just too late for Shakedown.
THU: SS2 in the night.
FRI: SS4/7 Aspres-les-Corps – Chaillol (walking distance onto the stage from our B&B that day). Hoping to go to somewhere near the 'guy with the flare' snow section from last year. Depends on the weather.
SAT: SS10/12 La Batie Monsaleon – Faye - Access via Savournon and walk up to bends below Tanak crash zone from 2 years ago.
SUN: SS14/16 Lucéram – Col St Roch - Recommendations welcome

Just need to get the hire car sorted now.

So our plan is:
Thu: ss2, maybe somewhere near the finish of the stage.
Fri: ss 4/7 some 3 km after the start of the stage, or most probably ss 5/ 8 at Ancelle where Meeke has his moment last year.
Sat: ss 9/11 and then going to the last stage of the day ss13.

He got stuck because he had only 3rd gear and higher and was the first one on the road to plough it.

Anyway Melichárek is quicker than both Majerčák and Cvrček.

Was the gear problem one that developed during the stage or one that was evident at the start?
Standing in the rain at Moulinet with no shelter for 8 hours only to have the stage cancelled makes it extremely hard for me to accept any extenuating circumstances!

NO, you can´t score manu points with 2016 car and also #9 should be number if driving for manu points.

Another number change:
Quentin Giordano was #37, he is now #43
so that must mean Bertelli has reserved #37 and is going to drive some rounds
