Zotos was tommi's engineer in prodrive and their relationship evolved to frienship.Tommi asked Zotos to join him to the new venture and Zotos left his job in usa having in mind that being techical director to a wrc team is HIGH challenge.He has declared(to an interview that i have posted it in the forum) that this is the biggest challenge of his life and he is FULLY committed to that.He left everything behind him to live to small village in finland.i am sure that tommi assured him that new facilities will be built apart from the existing ones.As i have seen they still work in <barns>and this is not acceptable for a high skilled professional.The lack of facilities is indicative of how tommi thinks.When you say things such as<a winning team can be built without huge amount of money,we will built a family team(like ralliart)and it is something that has worked in the past etc> then your logic-perception is wrong cause you are in the 21st century.If you want to be protagonist in the wrc and not a supportive actor you need state-of-art facilities and MONEY.I am sure that tommi sooner or later will realise it.i hope to realize it before the total disgrace of toyota brand name in the world of rallying.
