+ DS3 R5 from J-Motorsport for Emil Bergkvist. In terms of entries it will be a great event, of course crowd-control is a different thing...

Any Belgium guys here can give a quick preview for the rally and how you think each driver will perform. Tommeke_B? I feel Lefebvre should be quickest, and will maybe assert Citroën's decision on retaining him. Princen second, and maybe Hirvonen the dark horse?
Verschuren the best of the rest, excluding the WRC cars like Van Woensel. Unsure of Emil..

In wet/slippery conditions the battle will be between Cherain, Lefebvre and Princen (and Duval if he starts) I think. I think Cherain should be slightly faster (also thanks to Fabia R5), but he as a driver makes a lot of mistakes. Question is if he can remain flawless for the full length of the event. If it's really dry I think Van Woensel (Lancer '05 WRC) can join the game. I think Hirvonen will be somewhere between the first group I mentioned and De Mevius (who gained WRC2 experience this year, he could surprise us), Verschueren, Baugnet etc. Bergkvist is a big question, I think he can be among the quickest. The event has become shorter than it used to be some years ago. 220km SS on 24 stages, especially saturday stages are very short. The most challenging roads are driven on sunday imo.

Breen replaces Hirvo for Condroz. Hirvo has to test for Mini.

I well remember WRC after 2008-2009, when both Subaru and Suzuki pulled off, but eventually with the 1600 WRC cars it recovered very well. It was the same story, high costs, low return of...
