Very top-heavy list, weird to see Evans and Gilbert without an FIA seeding, does that mean they will be running behind the R3 Citroens on the road or can they be placed ahead of them?

RC2 has a lot of decent entries, although a bit Skoda heavy, unless Elfyn is running amongst them. Nice to see Osian Pryce will be running an R5 in WRC2 for the first time at his home event. Ahlin and two DMACK cars will be good and nice to see the Hyundai R5 tackle loose surfaces for the first time.

Really low numbers of entries in the lower class; only four R2 entries, which doesn't present much of a challenge to the two Vauxhalls.

Good to see all three works Skodas on the list, but I guess they might not all start if Spain doesn't go to plan..

Who though? I see nobody likely to beat them on pace.

Fuchs, Abbring, Veiby, Åhlin, Price and Bogie are my bet. Not all, but someone can make damage.

It is funny You use the "d" word ("damage" , not the another "d" word ) because I am looking forward to find out how big damage will cause Abbring to his car with his driving style.

I believe Evans doesn't have a choice unfortunately if he goes R5, having completed all his WRC2 rounds. We've seen all the contenders seeded in the 80's at one point or another this year on events. Still not sure what Evans will do. His car could be upgraded - or they could just pull the entry I guess.

Gilbert was the head-scratcher for me. Can't see why he'd be seeded down there unless there is some sort of cost-saving for PH Sport?

Anyway it's a really good list. Hopefully it holds together over the next two weeks.

Simple, he's not entered for WRC2. I can count seven starts already for him too - MC, Portugal, Sardegna, Poland, Finland, Germany and Corsica.
