Am I right to say that Neuville hasn't tested the new i20 WRCar yet... Is that saying something?

He hasn't secured a contract and its up in the air. He gets to push the start button on the test car once he signs eh....? (!)

I think he must be so convinced that he will leave that he doesn't car about the car, might be overestimating other teams interest in him though.

Yes, I think thats the situation - they don't want to give a driver seat time in the new car if that driver isn't committed to the team and might leave and take the inside knowledge to a competitor. I don't think Sordo drove it until his contract was signed either.

Neuville does not decide whether he tests the new car or not. The team does. And the team has decided not to put Neuville in the car.
