Not ERC registered R5 cars: Delplace (Fabia R5), Van Rompuy, Bruneel (DS3 R5), Parmentier (Fiesta R5) and Saint-Requier (207 S2000). All the other have registered.

You don't understand the WRC27 rules yet. Who says the engine need be FIAT? Yes, RMC of Roberto Mendez. Btw, they annouced that will not produce more models of N5 (different shapes).
