Yes, without registration to WRC Team, it should be different. But for me it is big failure of the team, in regulations it is always written notice that seals cannot be destroyed without written approval of FIA technical delegate...

Two years ago I said Abbring´s car failures are not a coincidence. And now in 2016 it is still the same story. Different car, but same story. So either he was very bad person in his last life and this is karma or he is just terrible driver.

I have noticed on a few occasions when he was setting some good stage times (Corsica last year for example) that he was taking a lot of risks with big cuts etc to make up the time. That style often seems to result in car damage.
