According to Live Results Ralfs Sirmacis has broken a front steering arm on SS12. Did he crash and is out?

Sorry for Sirmacis. He was never in contention for the win but he was doing a very good job again on only his second R5 drive.
Looking forward to seeing him on Estonia and Latvia (hopefully?)
