As I have recognized, they have taken time from first run and added 2,8 seconds more...

Seems fair theyve obviously worked out an average of time loss from the first run from the cars that passed and allocated meeke his time on this basis. Mr ogier wont be happy. But if i recall he got a time in a similiar fashion not so long ago so he cant complain really

Artifficial stage victory is wrong no matter how they came to the conclusion.
Meanwhile Kopecký going slowly through another stage. That is clearly some major issue, broken driveshaft or something similar.
