it is bit funny that everyone (me also) is thinking that Toyota is not good and still they are only team that is already testing full 2017 car.
near everyone also thinking that "order" of all makes remains same next year, even that cars will be completely new (new chassis for VW and Citroen)"quattro best 4wd rallycar ever"

About safety rules, I'm not totally agree with what has been said higher.
Last year, we found some access to avoid public areas, particularly in Viana, Marao and Ponte de Lima. There was no marshalls here, and we had no problems. And we're not the only ones.
If you want to take pleasure in Portugal, I encourage you to do the same and escape the public areas.
